Hello, my name is Bob Di Janni and welcome to my website. I am a home builder and real estate broker located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I am a graduate of the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts, where I studied art history, illustration, European architecture, sculpture, and commercial art. The homes I design and build now combine my love of sculpture and architecture.
Upon arriving in Santa Fe, in the summer of 1977, I began designing and building homes in a small rural area south of Santa Fe. I am proud to know I had a modest role in the pioneering of the Eldorado Community.
In the summer of 1983, I co-designed the first house in the Villa Caballero III subdivision. After the first home was completed in Villa Caballero III, I built several spec. homes, which quickly sold and jump started the subdivision toward developing into one of the most desirable of upper-middle end subdivisions in Santa Fe. To this day, homes are being advertised and resold at top market prices using the Di Janni name as a selling feature.
